Job Title: Part-Time Waste Collection Specialist
Location: Various apartment and condo/private living communities
Hours: Part-time, 5 PM to 10 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and self-starting individuals to join our team as Part-Time Waste Collection Specialists. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and environmental standards of various residential communities.
Responsibilities:
- Collect waste and recyclables from designated pick-up points within apartment and condo complexes.
- Operate waste collection equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards during the collection and disposal process.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism with all residents and clients.
- Report any issues or obstacles encountered during collection to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision passing weekly check-ins.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Valid Driver License
- Capable of physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and walking extensively during shifts.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- No previous experience required, training will be provided.
